Their whole process was smooth sailing and heart felt, making such a difficult time to let go of our much loved Jarrah (Great Dane/Mastiff) as easy as possible. Thank you Luca at Ripple, for keeping me informed of the process, making sure all details and decisions were correct, and organising my boy to be delivered to my door. Communication was fantastic and I felt informed of every step. Sunny’s wooden box, paw print and plaque are beautiful and the peace it brings me to have him beside my bed is so valuable to me in this extremely difficult period of loss. (Also thank you to the lovely lady who delivered Sunny to me with such empathy, and gave me a big much needed hug. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but your kindness meant a lot to me.)

Ripple Pet Aquamation
We made the hard decision to put our boy down a few weeks ago. Thankfully we could do this at home. Luca from Ripple waited patiently for us until we were ready to say goodbye. The process was really easy with Luca, he did not rush any decisions that we needed to make, and was just an all round caring guy. Luca delivered our boy back to us at home with some really lovely special touches. Thanks so much to the Ripple team for taking such great care of our big boy.

Luca and Joe at Ripple were so empathetic, patient, and they treated our beautiful cat with respect and kindness.Communication was excellent and they had our boy back with us quickly.The urn is lovely and we love the engraved paw print. Highly recommend.

Ripple Pet Aquamation
We recently said goodbye to our gorgeous girl Blu. She was a 12 year old Siberian Husky x Blue Healer. Luca and his family from Ripple Pet Aquamation delivered an amazingly dignified, caring and respectful service from start to end. We felt supported and listened to and confident that our girl was being taken care of. Their care and compassion shone through in our darkest moments and for that we thank them. They gently placed our girl on a pink bed and carried her to their vehicle where she lay gently sleeping as she went on her final journey. We would most definitely use this amazing service in the future and highly recommend them.

Ripple Pet Aquamation
My 15 year old Daisy dog recently journeyed to the Rainbow Bridge. I cannot thank Luca enough for his kind and gentle nature during a very difficult time. Daisy and I were treated with so much care and respect. She was returned to me in less than a week with a beautiful plant and some chocolates. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Luca and Ripple Aquamation

Ripple Pet Aquamation
We had to have our 17 year old dog put down recently using a home care vet. Ripple provided a most supportive complementary service. They were very easy to deal with, explaining the aquamation process and communicated at each step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Ripple Pet Aquamation
We recently lost our beloved Staffy Django. We chose a vet to come to our home and Luca from Ripple Pet Aquamation was there to collect our boy afterwards. Such a lovely caring person and made such a hard situation better. Our boy was delivered back to us last Wednesday and Luca followed up the next day to check everything was okay. I highly recommend Ripple.
